Tenders open for Stage Two of Narellan Road upgrade

I welcome the announcement by Assistant Minister for Infrastructure, the Hon. Jamie Briggs MP, that tenders are now open for Stage Two of the $114 million upgrade of Narellan Road in Western Sydney.

This road is a crucial link that will connect Western Sydney and South-West Sydney to the new airport at Badgerys Creek and the adjoining Western Sydney Employment Zone.

It will also bring us closer to fulfilling our vision of attracting large corporates to city hubs like Campbelltown, making them the knowledge centres of the future.

This announcement demonstrates that the Coalition Government is getting on with the job of delivering our joint $3.6 billion Western Sydney infrastructure investment that will slash travel times, create thousands of jobs and herald a new era of growth for Western Sydney.
