A Western Sydney hospital caring for children with complex disabilities and medical needs is facing closure unless the Albanese Government urgently intervenes.

South Western Sydney Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel and local businesses are reaping the benefits of the Morrison Government’s $212.5 million investment in new and upgraded health facilities at Defence premises.

 

Phase 2 of the federal government’s infrastructure package provides funding for a wide-range of small-scale projects, including road resealments, the upgrade and renewal of off road car parks and select drainage upgrades, among others.

Three levels of government have welcomed the Hawkesbury’s vaccination progress, as new data reveals the community has reached a significant vaccination milestone. 

Data from the Australian Government shows that, as of 27 August 2021, 70.2% of people in the Blue Mountains Local Government Area have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
