Prime Minister Julia Gillard should stop trying to strong-arm the states and territories into signing up to her education cuts that are dressed up as reforms and instead focus on delivering a host of reforms that have ground to a halt under Labor.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard has neglected a number of key reforms at today’s COAG meeting.

Performance reports released today show that Labor is failing badly on the COAG reform agenda, with just three reforms out of 30 having been completed so far and almost half of the Seamless National Economy reforms either at risk of not being achieved or overdue.

 Prime Minister Julia Gillard has shown that Labor has completely lost control of the COAG process, by not even being able to agree on an official record of what was discussed and agreed upon at the most recent COAG meeting.
